Dizayn Group has developed a patented welding machine which will abolish the installation problems on ppr pipe montage faced by the welding machine. The product pushing the limits of its functionality by its special design does not exhaust the installer as being %50 lighter than its similars. The product designed in order to abolish the changing necessity of welding on edges of die plates with various diameters, prevents the installer to carry large volumes by its ergonomic tote bag. It fully abolishes the composition of welding lip by the special welding die plates introduced with the product. Besides the problem of arranging the pipe heating period by the applicator is not being a problem with the new die plate. The melt material coming through the small hole on the die plate when the heating period is concluded informs the installer that the pipe is well heated for the welding operation and ready for welding.
